Terms & Conditions – v9999 Casino User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by v9999 (referred to herein as "v9999", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the v9999 platform. Continued use of any part of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and v9999 regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, whether written or oral.

2. Eligibility

Use of the v9999 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. v9999 strictly prohibits use of the platform by individuals under the age of 18. We reserve the right to require proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using v9999 is lawful in your jurisdiction. v9999 makes no representation that the platform is legal in all locations from which it may be accessed.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: Each individual may maintain only one account on v9999. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Own Account: You must be operating your account on your own behalf. Opening or operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access real-money services on v9999, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information. Registration requires a valid mobile number or email address, a secure password, and agreement to these Terms.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

v9999 is obligated to conduct identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawal requests. KYC requires submission of the following documents:

• A valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) – front and back images;
• A live selfie photograph matching the CNIC;
• Proof of payment method ownership where required (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or Easypaisa account registered in your name).

KYC documents are reviewed within a reasonable time period. v9999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Providing false, altered, or misleading documents is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and KYC is truthful and accurate. You must notify v9999 promptly of any changes to your registered information by contacting support at [email protected].

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your v9999 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

v9999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify v9999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account by contacting our support team.

v9999 recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") on your account. Accounts with 2FA enabled benefit from an additional layer of protection that prevents login even where the primary password has been compromised.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

v9999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are generally credited immediately for mobile wallet transactions; bank transfers may require additional processing time.

You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to accounts verified as belonging to you through the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be subject to delays where v9999 has reasonable grounds to investigate the underlying account activity.

v9999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours; bank transfers typically require 1–3 business days.

5.3 Transaction Fees

v9999 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers (including network fees for USDT transactions) are outside v9999's control and are the User's responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

v9999 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and cashback. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms where applicable.

• Bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated per promotion.
• Bonuses are granted for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• v9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, system error, or breach of these Terms.
• Only one active welcome bonus may be claimed per User. Attempting to claim the same promotion across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• v9999 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them where there is evidence of fraudulent activity or Terms violation.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on v9999 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant game rules.

• Bets accepted and confirmed by the v9999 system are binding and cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.
• v9999 reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, incorrect odds, or data feed error has occurred. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to your account balance.
• In-play betting odds are subject to change in real time. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply.
• v9999 may impose maximum bet limits per event, market, or user account. These limits are at v9999's sole discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the v9999 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Use of the platform by persons under 18 years of age;
• Registration of more than one account;
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to access or manipulate the platform;
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of games or events;
• Money laundering or any attempt to use v9999 to obscure the origin of funds;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Harassment of v9999 staff or other users;
• Any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.

9. Responsible Gaming

v9999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a range of tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amounts in PKR;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you are automatically logged out;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

v9999 reserves the right to implement responsible gaming restrictions on any account where patterns of play suggest potential problem gambling behaviour, without the User's prior consent.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written consent from v9999.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, v9999, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Any interruption of service, system outages, or technical failures beyond v9999's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain security;
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Termination & Account Closure

You may close your v9999 account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to these Terms before closure is finalised. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

v9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that v9999 reasonably considers harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties. Where an account is closed due to Terms violation, v9999 may withhold balances pending investigation.

13. Privacy

v9999's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the v9999 platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. v9999 does not sell or transfer player personal data to third-party marketing companies.

14. Amendments to Terms

v9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, v9999 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the v9999 platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be submitted to v9999's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. v9999 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
